Kek POTUS is trolling DS bad time. In this year's Presidential Proclamation on Wright Brothers Day, he mentions Kill Devil Hills. I searched through his previous 2 and this is the first time he mentioned it. It's also fair to mention he is factually correct as Kill Devil Hills are indeed located near to where Wright Brothers landed.
