I use Linux, so I can't help you with your Windows problems (insert meme). But here's how I checked the poster in LB:

1. Goto HRC's twitter and get in the image that was posted at about the time indicated in the original poster's filename:

1. Install zsteg in a Linux machine with "gem install zsteg", per the GitHub page:

1. Run the same command the original poster used:

zsteg -a EMkT0IuWoAIBrX0.png | grep PGP

(or whatever filename you saved the HRC pis as).

1. Grab any PNG image from your library and try zsteg in it.
