Had to run out to track down a XMas package, but I wanted to follow up. The new Hunter Biden property in question is 3512 Multiview Drive in Los Angeles. This is an extremely pricey neighborhood of the stars. The property's last input in the LA County Assessor's Office show the last sale of the home in 2014 for over $2M. The property was assessed for valuation in Feb 2019 for $3.8M. In beginning of Jun 2019, property was listed by John Galich as for rent for $14,000/mo. That listing was removed a week later, and the listing was changed to SOLD for $14,000. Now, either Hunter got a stupidly great deal of buying a $3.8M home for $14,000 or he rented it for $14,000/mo. Apparently stripper baby mamma is living there now from what I've read? Either way, if he's so broke, how does he afford that kind of rent, and if it was actually sold for $14k, what kind of grease the palm deal was that sale? I can't find previous owner info, other than selling agent. Gotta go to XMas dinner now, maybe someone else can continue the dig.
