It does not work that way. Most immigrants are acctually conservative. What happens is they upon arrival are registered as democrats by the people that assist them at state levell or by an NGO. Their id is used then to steal the elections. Not that many of them will actually vote hence giving them valid id ASAP is so important. The same scheme is applied to the waves of homeless that conveniently invade coastal states.
