Not if he signs that Omnibus bill. If he does that the midterms are lost and he will get impeached. While that doesn't mean he leaves office it does mean he is a one term president. It also will mean the only thing he will be able to do for the rest of the term will be through executive order.
I really hope he doesn't sign it!
