Just waiting on him to whisper to me about this little quest :) I did not the coordinates of the 45 degree hypotenuse add up to the radius of the larger circle 70.71 by 2 to Radius 141.42.

I figure it is about folding the square onto the surface of the sphere but don't have a program to do that.
