HOW COULD WE HAVE NOT SEEN IT???

i believe there is a strong possibility that most of the time we see a number in brackets it is pointing us to a wikipedia footnote. example [24]RR

the post is talking about @snowden

so snowdens wiki footnote 24 takes me to an article that talks about Rep Rodgers

and there are a few q posts that link to a wiki article and you can see that the bracketed numbers in the posts match up to the brackets in the wiki article. there is a good chance this will help us build a better map.
