I think it's completely premature to say that Collyer did nothing after Rogers pulled the plug.
First, think about this – how did Rogers survive in his position until January 20, 2017? Think nothing was happening then? Think he didn't have the dirt to stay alive?
Second, lawfags, who would normally investigate a fraud on a court? In this case, would it be the NS/CI division? And if they were disqualified because they were in on it, who then would it fall to? What is DIRNSA's relationship to the court? Friend of the court? Does MI general counsel have standing to file warrants in the court where malfeasance of the 702 function is concerned?
I'm just throwing spaghetti at the wall to see what will stick, but the point is that whatever has happened inside the FISC in the last couple of years is seriously f'ing classified in the first place (as always), but if there are out-of-channel counterintel warrants and investigations (of, e.g. Roberts, who is dirty as fuck), there would be EVEN LESS insight into it. So she may or may not be dirty, but the idea that nothing was happening is highly unlikely, whether she was cooperating willingly or to save her hide.
