A zigzag flight path simply means the transponder is not returning precise locations. The ADSB app connects the dots but if the dots are "fuzzy" you will see something like this, a flight path that a B737 could not possibly fly.
This is a fairly common phenomenon with mil a/c and I have to assume it's on purpose.
