I would have disguised the asset as a SWAT team member with a helmet and goggles, and used someone very conspicuously out of place as a decoy.

 

But that's just me. Guy doesn't seem heavy enough to be MSB, but maybe next to the SWAT guys he seems more average sized.

This world leader trying live like a normal person for a night is a real thing that happens.

 

I once heard a couple in an Aspen t-shirt shop late one night - she was wearing a mink - speaking a language I knew a few greetings in.
