I initially got excited about this anon's analysis and possible proof, but after checking a bunch of random twitter account pictures, the random

twitter file names all start with a capital EM

at least lately. As you go back in time, they use EL, EH, etc.

Not sure if this has been figured out yet, but the pics that Q posted were likely using the original twitter's randomized file names
