Was it really water that had leaked from the ceiling as claimed on the video in the opening post? Could it have been some sort of accelerant?

 

There were many sources donating money to fund the repairing of Notre Dame shortly after the fire.

Was there any auditing involved regarding where the donations went?

Money laundering?
