Tilray is a global medical cannabis supply company with 169 distribution centers in 84 Canadian cities (1). Tilray entered into an alliance with Big Pharma, Novartis, to distribute medical cannabis world-wide and now has distribution centers in Ireland, Germany, Australia, Brazil, and South Africa (2)(3)(4).

Novartis was created in 1996 through a merger of Ciba-Geigy and Sandoz. Novartis and its predecessor companies trace their roots back more than 250 years (6). Sandoz can trace its origins to a small chemical company in Basel, Switzerland, that in 1886 was called Kern and Sandoz (7). A Swiss chemist at the Sandoz Corporation named Albert Hoffman who in 1938 synthesized lysergic acid diethalyamide, or LSD for short. Sandoz supplied LSD to the “Psilocybin Project” on mind control at Harvard University lead by George Soros LSD/Marijuana clinical psychologist Dr. Timothy Leary (8)(9).

In a company statement, Novartis stated that its predecessor companies made decisions that could be considered “ethically and morally dubious when viewed from today’s perspective (10)(11).”

Russian Soros-linked "anti-corruption" leader Alexei Naralny arrested in Moscow, ANONS DIG

(Natalia Veselnitskaya's website btw)

>Navalny is still closely allied with exiled oligarch Mikhail Khodorkovsky, who modeled his “Open Russia Foundation” on Soros’ network. Khodorkovsky’s London-based investigative research unit Dossier, which has often shared hacked documents from unknown sources, was also behind NYT 2018 claims Russian lawyer Natalia Veselnitskaya was acting on behalf of the Russian government when she offered allegedly incriminating evidence to Donald Trump. Jr. in the infamous Trump Tower Meeting.

Navalny leads to Khodorkovsky.

https://www.stalkerzone.org/fifth-column-money-laundering-khodorkovsky-paid-navalny/

But, it appeared that support for Navalny by Khodorkovsky including financial, isn’t news any more and has even already been documented. I.e., Mikhail Khodorkovsky, as it became clear, has injected money into the citizen Navalny for a long time, and in quite decent quantities.

Why did Khodorkovsky need OTKRYTAYA ROSSIA? The answer, in general, is obvious. Firstly, another spelling, even the replacement of two letters in the word complicates the search of the necessary organization for those who are interested in its doubtful financial activity. Secondly, through an office with a distorted name it is possible to drag across the line doubtful payments or payments that should be hidden, moreover, to do it without damage to the main brand.

It is also clear that such actions of the team of Navalny in receiving money from Khodorkovsky is, in fact, financing political activity from abroad, bypassing the established procedure of registration as a foreign agent.

The Real Crime of M. Khodorkovsky by F. William Engdahl - 5 January 2011

The final decision in the Russian trial against former oil oligarch Mikhail Khodorkovsky has drawn dramatic statements of protest from the US Obama Administration and governments around the world labeling Russian justice as tyrannical and worse. What is carefully omitted from the Khodovkorsky story however is the true reason Putin arrested and imprisoned the former head of Russia’s largest private oil giant, Yukos.

In 1998, Khodorkovsky had been let free in a US case where he was charged with helping launder $10 billion with his own bank and the Bank of New York. He had very influential friends in the US it appeared. The then head of the Republic National Bank of New York, Edmund Safra, was murdered some months later in his Monaco apartment reportedly from members of an alleged “Russian mafia” whom he had cheated in a drug money laundering scheme.

But there was more. Khodorkovsky built some impressive ties in the West. With his new billions in effect stolen from the Russian people, he made some powerful friends. He set up a foundation modeled on US billionaire George Soros’ Open Society, calling it the Open Russia Foundation. He invited two powerful Westerners to its board—Henry Kissinger and Jacob Lord Rothschild.

Then he set about to develop ties with some of the most powerful circles in Washington where he was named to the Advisory Board of the secretive private equity firm, Carlyle Group where he attended board meetings with fellow advisors such as George H.W. Bush and James Baker III.

Moreover, at the time of his arrest Khodorkovsky was in the process of negotiating via his Carlyle friend George H.W. Bush, father of the then-President George W. Bush, the sale of 40% of Yukos to either Condi Rice’s former company, Chevron or ExxonMobil in a move that would have dealt a crippling blow to the one asset left Russia and Putin to use for the rebuilding of the wrecked Russian economy: oil and export via state-owned pipelines to the West for dollars.

During the ensuing Russian state prosecution of Yukos, it came to light that Khodorkovsky had also secretly made a contract with London’s Lord Rothschild not merely to support Russian culture via the Open Russia Foundation of Khodorkovsky. In the event of his possible arrest (Khodorkovsky evidently knew he was playing a high-risk game trying to create a coup against Putin) the 40% share of his Yukos stocks would pass into the hands of Lord Rothschild.

Big Weed is bad news.

>Soros LSD/Marijuana clinical psychologist Dr. Timothy Leary

Their references don't show connections between the two, so looks like a false inference. Soros has been in the drug game for a lot longer than people think though.

https://wakeup-world.com/2016/07/20/monsanto-big-pharma-george-soros-and-the-push-to-legalize-marijuana/

Portrayed as a grassroots movement, you may not realize that the driving force behind legalization of both medical and recreational marijuana is none other than billionaire George Soros. Along with a cadre of other wealthy donors, Soros has spent at least $80 million in the quest of legalizing cannabis. Through his Foundation to Promote an Open Society, he has funneled donations to the Drug Policy Alliance — a non-profit organization with “the principal goal of ending the American “War on Drugs.”’ He’s also donates annually to the American Civil Liberties Union, an organization which funds marijuana legalization efforts, and gives to the Marijuana Policy Project, which supports state ballot measures.

In the official paper, “DEA Position on Marijuana” the agency points out that “a few wealthy businessmen — not broad grassroots support — started and sustain the ‘medical’ marijuana and drug legalization movements in the U.S. Without their money and influence, the drug legalization movement would shrivel.”

Moreover, Soros was instrumental in Uruguay becoming the first country to legalize cultivation, sale and consumption of marijuana. He sits on the board of the Drug Policy Alliance (DPA) — the world’s most powerful organization regarding the legalization of marijuana. The DPA is not only extremely influential in the United States, but also in Uruguay and other Latin American countries.

Not Soros, Khodorkovsky.

https://themarketswork.com/2018/09/05/mikhail-khodorkovsky-the-magnitsky-act-the-steele-dossier/

Mikhail Khodorkovsky is the former head of Russian oil giant Yukos. Famously imprisoned by Putin in 2003 on fraud charges, Khodorkovsky appeared a sympathetic figure—portrayed as a victim of Putin retaliation. He was pardoned in 2013 and now resides in London. At the height of his power, Khodorkovsky was estimated to have a net worth in excess of $15 billion.

Khodorkovsky operates a project he has dubbed Dossier Center, which receives anonymous leaks to share with journalists. Unlike WikiLeaks, Khodorkovsky’s focus is more specific:

“Our ambition is not simply to expose information in general, but to use material relating to Putin’s circle and his allies so that they can be put on trial in Russia.”

Natalia Veselnitskaya, the Russian lawyer who met with Trump Jr. during the June 2016 Trump Tower meeting was recently the subject of leaks from the Dossier Project. Interestingly, the Veselnitskaya leaks contained no information regarding the Trump Tower meeting, lending a certain level of credence to Veselnitskaya’s contention that both parties at the meeting quickly realized it was a waste of time all around. Nor was there any information contained in the leaks regarding Christopher Steele or his dossier.

Khodorkovsky, along with Browder, lobbied heavily for passage of the Magnitsky Act. Khodorkovsky did so through his Corbiere Trust, which handles Khodorkovsky’s remaining fortune. It also lobbied for passage of Senate Resolution 322, which provided express support for Mikhail Khodorkovsky and Platon Lebedev. The Corbiere Trust is one of APCO Worldwide’s largest clients. APCO lobbied on behalf of the now-defunct Clinton Global Initiative and was involved, at least tangentially, in the Uranium One transaction as noted by the Hill:

“APCO was paid $3 million in 2010 and 2011 to work for Rosatom, Russia’s state-owned nuclear company. Rosatom paid APCO to lobby the State Department and other federal agencies on behalf of its Tenex subsidiary, which sought to increase its commercial uranium sales in the United States.”

At this point it remains unknown if Khodorkovsky or Browder have involvement, direct or otherwise, in the production of the Steele Dossier. A common link running through the participants is Jonathan Winer, who has known Steele for years. Winer lobbied on behalf of Khodorkovsky and the Corbiere Trust. Given Khodorkovsky’s focus on passage of the Magnitsky Act, a link to Browder is a short hop at best.

Winer had direct involvement in the dissemination of the Steele Dossier. In September of 2016, Winer met with Steele and passed a copy of the Dossier along to Victoria Nuland at the State department.
