Harvey Weinstein may face more criminal charges as L.A. prosecutors review EIGHT cases while he prepares for his New York trial

Harvey Weinstein may face more criminal charges, with prosecutors in Los Angeles reviewing eight cases against him.

Weinstein, 67, is currently charged with five sexual crimes in New York. He will go on trial in January after pleading not guilty on all counts.

Separately, prosecutors in Los Angeles are weighing whether or not to charge him in eight cases.

Four cases have been reported to the L.A. County District Attorney's Office by the LAPD and another four have been reported by the Beverly Hills Police Department over the last two years.
