Lord, we come to you after having eaten too much, making too merry and relishing too much joy that one person should experience on this Christmas, 2019, and we thank you. God, thank you for the day, the families, the celebration, the merriment and the deep satisfaction of being part of a community and a Nation that is going in the right direction.

Lord, be with our families as they depart to their destinations here and abroad. Lord bless our US Armed Forces that are standing the wall of freedom and we pray that they are having a Merry Christmas abroad.
