>Chaldea was title for a magi/priest (astrology etc.)
I suppose that means they were the experts in secret/hidden knowledge, right?
And I get the impression that you are disagreeing that Ur of the Chaldee was a center of the Celti or Druids?
But look at this. Again, a Welsh language dictionary page translating the word Celt into English. These pages come from a 2 volume dictionary that you can download via these two links:

Or hunt them yourself using title and author:
William Owen Pughe
A Dictionary of the Welsh Language explained in English
I used the 1832 edition.
Celt
A covert or shelter
Celtiad
One that lives in a covert or an inhabitant of the woods. (note that Druid comes from the Greek Dryad and refers to Tree people)
Druids were a class of people dedicated to knowledge. They started as young apprentices. If they were worthy they became Bards, learning oral history and poetry. The second stage was the Ovates. And finally after 19 years of studying in Druid colleges they became Druids. At this stage one of their functions was as Priest. But consider this, if they started as we do with education at age 6, they would be 25 before they BEGAN to be Druids. These were the most educated people of their day, and we really do not know where their learning took place. But why could it not have been all over the ancient world? Druids were itinerant; they did not settle down. So it is not out of the question for them to have a college at Ur, and many other places outside of the lands normally considered Celtic. Before the Roman empire, all of Europe was inhabited by Celts.
The Celts had 3 social classes, or castes, just like the Hindus and Persians. They wore kilts, wraparound garments just like the Hindus and Persians. In fact the old style Scottish kilt was a huge piece of cloth that wrapped over the shoulder and upper body, just like a Roman Toga. ANd the Druids were magicians, astrologers and masters of the occult arts. In Germany they left behind conical hats. Recognize the design?
So I think this reinforces the theory that the Welsh word Penudar explains the word Pindar being from a related language which means that the Pindar has some connection to the Druids. It also ties Italy's elite families to Britain, and it ties into William Cooper's Mystery Babylon discoveries. The full transcript of the episodes is attached too.
