I haven't messed with this IRIS interface before but it may be worth a look.

The recorder sites disappeared off the map when I did a zoom but you can pick them from a list.

First go here: https://earthquake.usgs.gov/earthquakes/map/

Select the event you're interested in on the map or list.

(Click that dot)

The USGS page for that specific seismic event appears.

Scan the left side menu, clicky Waveforms.

Page I already capped appears.

Now clicky IRIS Seismic Waveform Data (Wilber 3)

 

Then you will have the IRIS map with the stations on it, and you pick the station you want to view waveforms from.

 

(How did I learn this? Just by trying stuff. Don't be afraid to try stuff instead of asking for a tutorial.)
