They slipped a part in it where it states something along the lines of not allowing gun ownership for Vets who are being treated for PTSD, even if that Vet has no history of problems with violence etc.
Any vet who has been treated /seen for PTSD is considered a threat with a firearm.
Send them to war with a gun/break them and take their rights away to defend themselves once home, if they seek treatment.
