WHAT ARE THE ROLES OF THE PEOPLE IN A TRIAL?
Typically all trials are tried by jury right?
Article III Sec 2
"The Trial of all Crimes, EXCEPT in Cases of Impeachment, shall be by Jury;"
If it cant be by jury, then can the senators be Jurors?
If they cant be Jurors then by default, if they are trying the case, they are judges right? (casting votes for a ruling sound familiar?)
Why is there confusion?

Do people stop reading when they got what they want to see and not make it to Article III sec 2? The Jury reference….
Structure as Written.
House=Prosecutors with articles(evidence) they call the witness and have the sole burden to prove guilt to the judges(senate)
Senate=Panel of Judges that vote and cast a ruling presided over by the Chief Justice.

President and team=The defense in the trial. President has the power to Declass and provide evidence to the panel in his defense.
What if the president declassified just enough to wake people up? Does this [Introduce] things and the public becomes aware?
