I think the shoe is shown the same way they show scattered toys when some Muslim compound got blown up/false flagged/faked in some warring muslim area. Same reason "backpacks" are shown scattered about in a school shooting aftermath. It generates sympathy and clicks. However the big pharma connection. Sloppy work because normally in a situation like this there is the ultimate revenge scenario of a custody battle. That's salacious news for the media and not a peep on that. If she was a widow there would be that angle.

Pizza Executive dies in accident.

https://www.yahoo.com/news/dominos-pizza-cfo-david-bauernfeind-death-161001482.html

The chief financial officer of Domino’s Pizza (DOM.L) has died in an accident while on holiday, the company said Friday.

Domino’s Pizza Group said in a statement the company was “deeply saddened” to announce the death of David Bauernfeind. The company said Bauernfeind died in “a tragic accident” on Boxing Day while on holiday with his family. Reuters reported that Bauernfeind, 51, died in a snorkelling accident in Mauritius.

(A snorkeling "accident"??? what does that mean?)

Bauernfeind joined London-listed Domino’s Pizza Group as chief financial officer in October 2018. He had previously been in charge of the finances at Connect Group, a newspaper distribution business.

Bauernfeind was also a non-executive board member at specialist optical manufacturer Gooch & Housego.
