Rh- (O-) here, and I have all the physical traits you listed except 'lanky'.
I've no idea how I inherited my Rh-. Mom, dad both Rh+ and based on physical characteristics there is zero doubt my dad is my dad. Can trace my maternal ancestry right back to both Britain (grandmother traced us to Mayflower) and Scotlans (grandfather's line traced to Isle of Skye).
