No they are not Concord grapes. Too much reddish purple in them.

 

Concord is an American purple grape variety that comes from a different grape species that European grapes. They have a short season around Sept-Oct so they are all eaten up by now. Not sure if they are even grown outside of North America.

No, the reddish purple is a sign that they are a dark colored seedless table grape.

 

Concords are an American grape species with seeds that does not ever turn red. If kept too long they wither and become raisin-like although their large seeds make them unlike European raisins and currants.
