Quitting smoking is easy. Just fucking quit. Trow away any remaining smokes, toss the lighters, ashtrays and anything else associated with it.
When you experience a craving, STOP whatever you are doing and physically go do something else…..take out the trash, play with the dog, go put new wipers on the car, do dishes, just do something to take your mind off of it even if you find yourself doing other shit a hundred times a day.
After a week of this it gets way easier. After two weeks your daily craving should be gone and the savings account should be getting fatter.
