Nobody here has read Darwin so we have no way of knowing what he said.

And nobody here is going to trust that an artist's conception of a cell structure has any kind of accuracy, especially not given the variety of cell forms in either an animal or in the different species of bacteria, archaea etc.

There we do know a thing or two, for instance

In the beginning, God created the heavens and the earth.

Well, right away we have the spacetime continuum filled with energy and matter. We now know that planets form from from interstellar molecules slowly clumping together. And planets that benefit from a large supply of stardust from a star or stars going nova, get a rather rich collection of elements as a result. And where there are planets, there are planetoids, and comets, some of which are dirty snowballs. And when these approach their star and heat up, organic molecules up to and including RNA are formed. And one RNA molecules drip down onto a planet, life forms will evolve.

No Darwin needed for any of that because it is based on scientific research in the post Darwin era. Life is everywhere. The fact that mats of lipid chains accidentally formed closed cell membranes is simply a matter of coincidence, and given the vastness of the universe, it is guaranteed to happen somewhere. And here, where it happened, is where life evolved to the point that we spiritual beings, human souls, can get into the organisms and play.
