Judge Rules Against Stacey Abrams’ Group and Allows Georgia to Purge Voter Rolls
Earlier this month a federal judge allowed Georgia to purge 309,000 names from its voter rolls but he also scheduled a second hearing to hear additional arguments.
Fair Fight Action, a voting rights group started by sore loser and 2018 failed Georgia gubernatorial candidate Stacey Abrams, immediately filed an emergency motion to stop the purge.
“Georgians should not lose their right to vote simply because they have not expressed that right in recent elections, and Georgia’s practice of removing voters who have declined to participate in recent elections violates the United States Constitution,” Fair Fight Action CEO Lauren Groh-Wargo said in a statement.
As Cristina Laila reported earlier this month Stacey Abrams lost the Georgia gubernatorial race by over 55,000 votes, but she refused to concede and blamed racism and voter suppression from a previous voter roll purge for her lack of votes.
On Friday a judge ruled against Fair Fight Action and Stacey Abrams.

In a ruling on Friday, a judge decided that Abrams’ group was improperly asking the judge to interpret state law and said the group failed to prove anyone’s constitutional rights would be violated as a result; and that any voter registration erroneously canceled could simply be restored within 24 to 48 hours, according to the defense.
“Proper list maintenance is not only required by long-standing laws but is also important in maintaining the integrity and smooth functioning of elections,” said Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger. “Georgia has registered nearly a half-million voters since the last election, clear proof that we are doing things to make it easy for people to vote.”

Understanding Why There's No FBI Whistleblowers Outlining Institutional Corruption
To understand why there’s no-one in the administrative mid-tier of the FBI acting in a whistle-blowing capacity requires a background perspective looking at the totality of corruption. The institutions are protecting themselves; and yes, that protection applies to the internal dynamics.
Former DAG Rod Rosenstein was dirty. He might not have started out dirty, but his actions in office created a dirty mess. Rosenstein facilitated the McCabe operation against Trump during the May 16th, 2017, White House FBI sting against Trump with Mueller. Rosenstein also facilitated the special counsel (writ large), and provided three scope memos to expand the corrupt investigation of President Trump. According to the inaction of AG Bill Barr, we’re not allowed to see those authorizing scope memos.
Additionally, despite knowing the Trump investigation held a false predicate, Rosenstein signed the 3rd renewal of a fraudulent FISA application. Worse yet, even if Rosenstein was caught up by corruption around him, he did nothing to stop the fraud once identified.
Why is Rosenstein a key inflection point? Because Rod Rosenstein recommended current FBI Director Christopher Wray to President Trump. POTUS then allowed Wray, as he does all department heads, to select his deputy – Wray chose David Bowditch.
Keep in mind the National Security Division of the DOJ (DOJ-NSD) was/is the epicenter of many corrupt activities, including filing the fraudulent FISA application, manipulating interpretations of law for FARA (§901) violations, and doing all of this while denying any inspector general oversight. As FISA Judge Rosemary Collyer recently noted, the DOJ-NSD is positioned as a rogue legal arm of the U.S. intelligence apparatus.

Rescuers Found Remains of 6 Out of 7 People From Crashed Helicopter in Hawaii – Fire Dept.
Remains of six out of seven people, who were on board the tour helicopter that crashed on the Hawaiian island of Kauai, have been found by rescuers, Solomon Kanoho, battalion chief of the Kauai Fire Department, said.
“We have recovered six sets of remains,” Kanoho said, as quoted by the NBC News broadcaster.
He added that the search and rescue operation would continue, but there were “no indications of survivors.”
The helicopter failed on Thursday to return on time from a sightseeing tour of the island of Kauai with one pilot and six passengers aboard, two of them reportedly minors.
On Friday, the Kauai Police Department said in a statement that the rescue teams had found the wreckage of the helicopter.
