And they give some of the money, received from the US government, to the family of the Federal politician.
This is an indirect kickback.
It's illegal.
It's fraud.
And the indirect nature of it is ALSO the crime of money laundering.
We learned that Hussein did exactly this with Pearson as an accessory, and recieved $65 million.
