Ann Calvaresi Barr, nominated by Obama as USAID Inspector General in May 2015, confirmed on Nov 2015.

From the press release:

As USAID Inspector General, Ms. Calvaresi Barr will oversee more than $20 billion in U.S. foreign assistance and development programs worldwide. She will lead an office of over 200 investigators, auditors, and other personnel who work to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of foreign assistance programs and deter waste, fraud, and abuse. Ms. Calvaresi Barr will also be responsible for oversight of the Millennium Challenge Corporation, the U.S. African Development Foundation, the Inter-American Foundation, and the Overseas Private Investment Corporation.

“Inspectors General play an important role in upholding the integrity of federal programs, including those providing aid and assistance overseas,” Ms. Calvaresi Barr said upon her swearing-in. “I look forward to working to protect the integrity of U.S. foreign assistance programs and ensure that the funds supporting them are well managed and used effectively.”

Her previous roles were IG for Dept of Transportation, and before that she did 25 years at the GAO. In other words, she's a career bureaucrat. But is the suggestion here that she is also part of a Obama (or Clinton) money-laundering operation from US foreign aid?

I can confirm

I've been through there in the last month at least once, and that entire stretch of 15 before and after the 78 is divided north from south by cement barriers on each side for miles. South of the 78 there's even express lanes on both north and southbound sides. I don't see how any vehicle even at full speed can slide into oncoming traffic without first hitting a barrier. It would have to be way further north maybe or some other place.

An Obama appointee as IG of USAID, formerly the IG for Obama's Transportation Dept, doesn't smell like a white hat to me, at least not on paper. I could see her as more of a "Lydia type" if you get the reference from Breaking Bad.

It would be easier for me to believe that she was part of the conduit that enabled the money to flow unchecked.

Didn't see this on Qresear.ch, but it's a week or so old so it might have been notabled already from some other outlet.

Sir John Key resigns from Air New Zealand board

Sir John Key will step down from the board of Air New Zealand on March 31, the company says.

Chair Dame Therese Walsh says Key indicated earlier this year that 2020 would possibly be his last as a Director due to increasing commitments on his professional time in New Zealand and overseas.

Walsh says Key has made a significant contribution to Air New Zealand.

"Sir John's outstanding commercial acumen, international perspectives and stakeholder network have been incredibly valuable to Air New Zealand and we are fortunate to have had him as a member of our Board," she says.

Key says it was not an easy decision to step away from his Air New Zealand Directorship.

"Air New Zealand is a world class company that all Kiwis can be proud of. The fortunes of the airline and our nation are inextricably linked, so having had the opportunity to support it firstly as Prime Minister and Minister of Tourism and then as a Director has been fantastic. The airline is in great hands under Dame Therese, incoming Chief Executive Greg Foran, a top Executive team and 12,500 staff committed to delivering outstanding uniquely Kiwi experiences every day."

Air New Zealand will advise a replacement Director for Key in due course.

Seems like a very odd thing to do to allow a false story about yourself to be written and published claiming that you were killed by Google, who even at the time he was criticizing.

His name appears to have later edited it, calling it satire. If it had been written on 4/1/14 it might make more sense, but this was published in HuffPo in May of 2014.

That makes even less sense. I know that ramp.

Streetview is from E 78. The transition to 15 north and south exits the right side of E 78 freeway (note center K rails in the divide). The transition is a hard right 270 turn. 2nd pic is where the most likely place to skid off the road would be. To cross any other lanes of traffic she would have had to not braked at all going off the ramp and into a 30 mph turn in order to have slid over 100 ft and up an embankment and onto the roadway of the N15 to E78 exit ramp.

Makes NO sense. BTW, an anon asked him about it, and he replied confirming that there were barriers in the divider.
