School were never meant to be federally ran, its always meant to be locally ran.
Obummer loop-holed the crap outta this.
He created federal incentive. If school promoted this this & this… schools would receive X amount of dollars.

Remove Federal Incentives… Don't get me started on public schools I could go on for DAYS on the issues and possible ways to solve them.. but public school is a MUCH bigger issue than we can imagine. We have to fix them ASAP… but I understand A, B. & C must come first.
