Sometimes it's what doesn't show up…. If Crowdstrike actually evaluated something - anything - in July 2016, you would expect to see some payment made to them for that work. However, USAspending.gov (advanced search) shows no USG payments/obligations/contracts to Crowdstrike for the entire 2016 timeframe. So who did pay them for the evaluation (DNC)?
