That was June 15, 2016. At this day there was a big meeting in the White House with Ukrainian Prime Minister Volodymyr Groysman (pic). That's why that buttload of slavic names on the list that day.
Has probably little to do with Chalupa, I'd think (although they might have mentioned the Trump topic on the side, who knows).
Chalupa was DNC and a (near) regular guest at the Uki Embassy. From what I have learned, all coordination in all things Ukraine & dirt on Trump etc went through her and her Uki Embassy contacts.
As rumors had it (or hyperbole), she was so regular a visitor in the Embassy, she might even have had her own "office" (or some kind of room) for that dirt-collecting "project" of hers.
