Thanks for sharing this. Fascinating to me, but not in the way François wants us to find it.

Going to take this thread apart piece by piece, so that anons. can see more clearly the sleight of hand that the Magicians are currently attempting to fool us with.

First of all let's take a look @ François' bio. Note the @ in (orange). As we can see, dear François is throwing stones from inside the upper floors of a glass castle.

Looks like dear François was already prepared for this criticism.

Notice how he uses the word laziest, and then how he slides into politics without missing a beat and subtly implies that a political opinion is a barometer of deep intellectual thinking without explicitly stating which side is the "lazy" one (in his vaulted opinion).

This is high-level coastal liberal mocking snark at its sneakiest.

Appeal to ridicule much, dear François?

>infogalactic.com/info/Appeal_to_ridicule

rhetorical tactic that mocks an opponent's argument or standpoint, attempting to inspire an emotional reaction (making it a type of appeal to emotion) in the audience and to highlight any counter-intuitive aspects of that argument, making it appear foolish and contrary to common sense.

This is typically done by making a mockery of the argument's foundation that represents it in an uncharitable and oversimplified way.

Without diving too deep on either side of the fence, I will say that cognitive abilites & stamina have improved significantly since I stopped drinking alcohol.

It has its time & place, but for me, here & now is that time or place.

YMMV as always anons.

Because they still are sitting in their glass castles, choosing the illusion that this still has some sort of appeal?

>infogalactic.com/info/Argument_from_authority

Type of argument which argues that because a person or group seen as having authority on an issue believes something about it, it is likely to be true

speaking of Zuck, working theory from out in leftfield:

He's flipped and They are applying the squeeze play on him to try and get him back in Their fold.

use of digital information consumption as a psychological control vector.

Agreed, it's Edward Bernays' wet dream. His ex-boss should know.

Again, notice his word choices totaliarian panopticon digitial info consumption psychological control vector.

And then, the only 2 words capitalized?

Facebook Time.

As was noted up top, Bernays' wet dream' mixed with the old lawyers' trick of grasping @ squirrels.

Yes, indeed. dear François gives away their tactic to anyone who is careful to read closely. His (potentially fatal) error is that he think we are not Smart enough to see it.

And your "EX"-boss has not been investing in any of this, has he? Such an innocent liddle owl, is he?

O, dear François, do we really look like such a cheap hooker on Le Champs Élysées that you're not even going to buy us a glass of Champagne to warm our nethers first?

Podesta meets Schmidt

Podesta is a longtime Democratic insider. Schmidt is the billionaire technology executive who became Barack Obama’s primary link to Silicon Valley’s boardrooms.

Their first 2014 meeting confirms that Schmidt was involved discussions of the campaign’s strategy from the get-go.

"Key is the development of a single record for a voter that aggregates all that is known about them,” he wrote. “In 2016 smart phones will be used to identify, meet, and update profiles on the voter….[Q]uite a bit of software is to be developed to match digital identities with the actual voter file with high confidence.

Perhaps the standout innovation from the Obama campaign was known as Optimizer a tool that allowed the campaign to deploy carefully targeted television ads. Rather than rely on broad demographic data about programs and time slots, the Obama tech team accessed detailed information from TV set-top boxes to identify the most cost-efficient ways to reach hard-to-reach voters.

There's that word control again. Used 4 times in short succession and a total of 9 times in thread.

''placing FU algorithms in charge of our information diet

does not reQuire very advanced BS.''

You should know, shouldn't you, dear François? Or didn't your "EX" boss clue you in to what was going on as early as the 2012 election season?

(see links in >>764976 for sauce.)

Also, notice the words population and political next to the control trigger word.

Has someone by chance designed some algos that are kicking your Tails from here to the Arc de Triumph, dear François?
