Why wouldn't Nancy Pelosi or any of the Democratic run areas of the Country want help for the homeless?

Because it's not something that would have been taken care if Hillary would have won, it took time to get this done, to destroy people with drugs and over load the local government assistance program with illegals. How do they account for all this having happened? Shine the light on them for what they've done to us POTUS , make them pay.
