>>7651547 So Glenn Dubin's name rang a bell - former Chair of the Robin Hood Foundation. Looked in the DoS FOIA reading room and found a single email from 2006 btwn Henrietta Fore and Brad HIggins (DoS) about best financial practices, a list of Robin Hood Board members and an article from Fortune mag. re: Robin Hood.

Decided to look at USAspending.gov to see if Robin Hood had rec'd and 'grant' money. In fact, they were a subcontracted group in a $25M dollar grant which was awarded to another foundation called New Profit.

So onward to the IRS tax exempt search tool - 2017 Robin Hood Foundation, Inc. return. Page 43 of the pdf shows foreign interaction - transfer of property, ownership interest in foreign corporation etc. Page 45 - $74 Million in South American/Carribean investments and $13 Million in European investments. Parking money offshore? Not an accounting or taxfag so not sure if this is significant.

Just a quick run through the grants made by Robin Hood - looks like the largest reported grant for this return is $14 Million+ to Single Stop USA, another 501(c)3. It's a never ending merry-go-round of money transfers.
