gerrymandering is only illegal if it busts up Ethnic (read not white people) power bases. So you cannot split up blacks, asians, hispanics, or Indian reservations by gerrymandering to reduce their political power. The onlpy way to bust gerrymandering is to move into the district to change demographics. It's called politiscaping and muslims (and other minority population reilgions) do this by design through enclaving (e.g Dearbon and section of New York City). Yeah, y'all can accuse me of using division, but you cannot deny what I am stating is the truth.
