I don't think so. He is simply using this as a talking point for the midterms. He is trying to convert the illegals to vote for Rep's. It's as simple as that.

There are numerous reports stating he will sign the bill. The worst thing he could do is sign it. Only time will tell.

Well, that certainly sounds exciting. Would be totally awesome if it did. But, I have been disappointed way too many times now, so adopting a wait and see attitude.

I fear those here now that think he isn't going to sign it because of his tweet this morning are setting themselves for a huge letdown. I stand by the theory that his tweet was to make a point about DACA. Praying I am wrong.
