Do you remember when you were 6 or 7 years old, and you told your parents what to do with all their major decision?

Like when they wanted to buy a car, you explained what the interest rate would mean for the monthly payments and the total expenditure?

Or when they were buying a house, you told them about comparables and resale value in 30 year projections, or the financial desirability of avoiding mortgage insurance or a shorter term with a larger downpayment?

You don’t remember that?

Do you remember that they were taller than you?

We can see something easier than others. James Comey is tall. But how about intelligence? Nope. Can’t see intelligence.

People who are smarter than you exist. Do you know how to tell who is the smartest person in the room? It is the guy you can’t understand, so you think he must be dumb. If you can’t understand someone, it may be because you are not as intelligent as he.

If someone gets inside your OODA loop, he lost his audience, and you think he must be talking nonsense, because you don’t understand it. That is why presenters go slow and repeat things, and, finally, take questions.

Maybe you are stupid, but that would mean you can’t accept that you are not smarter than everyone else, and can’t learn from past experience.

Trump is smart. Smarter. Smartest. And he has a team of genius-level Military (merit-selected) Intelligence experts who have been working for years on this plan.

So when Trump seems to need your advice, or you get bent because of something he is doing you don’t understand, go lie down and rest. He’s got it.
