I've known [believed] from the beginning that Mueller took a deal to do the SC - front a Russian investigation, but in reality, gather evidence against all the bad guys, as he knows who did what, where the slush funds are, where the bodies are, where all the incriminating evidence could be found, etc - and now it just makes too much sense. I'm sure his team has accomplished a TON in the last 10 months
Behind closed doors, we have everything we need. Once every two weeks or so it hits the talking points that he "is possibly going to testify in the near future". It's just for a distraction. I'm sure he's already given them everything way back in Nov when his NDA was released
