It is a TARGETED DDoS and only happens when a new bread is being baked.

Shot Analysis:

Created and uploaded a graphic to show how difficult this CCW holder's predicament was.

Assuming he was actively engaging when this frame was taken.

He had a very an obstructed field of fire, with the friendly lady indicated in the red.

It's important to note that while the bad guys have no limiting factors a CCW holder does.

I estimate this shot @ aprox 25 - 30ft (7-10 yards) probably closer to the high end.

If he was able to take down this active shooter without hitting bystandards thats

some GREAT Markmanship.
