Backchannel

Q has been bringing this up recently–not only in terms of this board being a

sort of "backchannel" to reaching the public conscious, but in a way he hinted

was somewhat related to the Cuban Missile Crisis and "The Sum of All Fears."

Around the time of that false flag in Syria (post 1079), it sounded as if he

was specifying communication through a White House back channel:

"Relay back channel S-WH-E-P1"

"The Sum of All Fears" features the protagonist speaking directly to the

Russians via the "Moscow-Washington Hotline" in order to avert nuclear war.

This communication method was brought about as a result of the Cuban Missile

Crisis:

I'm pretty sure this is the "backchannel" Q is referring to.

Around December 10th, Pompeo met with the Russian Foreign Minister Sergey

Lavrov. If you look at the transcript of the press conference, Lavrov mentions

this "back channel" twice. The first time, in regards to the bullshit claims of

Russian interference in the 2016 election:

>I'd like to remind you that when the first statements on this topic began, that was on the eve of the presidential election in 2016. We used the channels that existed back then between Moscow and Washington, together with Barack Obama. We have asked many times our American partners about the opportunity to deal with these suspicions that were expressed in October 2016, all the way up to President Trump's inauguration.

>We suggested to our colleagues that in order to dispel all suspicions that are baseless, let us publish this closed-channel correspondence starting from October 2016 till November 2017 so it would all become very clear to many people. However, regrettably, this administration refused to do so. But I'd like to repeat once again we are prepared to do that, and to publish the correspondence that took place through that channel would clear many matters up, I believe

Then later, after being asked about the Mueller report:

>Now, as for meddling or non-meddling, you suggested to simply read the Mueller report. We read it. There is no proof of any collusion, and our suggestion to publish – I’d like to repeat it for the fourth time now – to publish that data that would show how Russia responded through special channel – this is a specially designated channel to review threats in cyber networks – to show how Russia responded, how Russia suggested to discuss this confidentially through this channel, how all these proposals were rejected by Obama’s administration.

Looking at that last quote, and compare it to this line from the

"Moscow-Washington Hotline" wiki:

>In 2012, it was announced that a proposal was being negotiated with Moscow to add cyber warfare to the topics to be discussed on the hotline.

So I'm pretty sure that this is one of the back channels that Q has been

alluding to…and I'm sure that the data Russia has provided from that time

frame will feature prominently in Durham's investigations.

Nordstream 2

Came across something interesting: in about six months, we may get access to

a list of entities that are helping to construct the Nordstream 2 pipeline. The

way this came about is that Senator Cruz submitted a rider with the 2020 NDAA,

which was signed by POTUS on December 20th. The idea is that the treasury is

supposed to sanction anybody helping Russia construct that pipeline, because

it will make Europe even more dependent on Russian energy. Since the pipeline

is over 90% completed, odds are that it won't stop the construction…but if you

look at the bill, it has some interesting stuff tied in–particularly Sec. 4:

>(a)In general

>Not later than 180 days after the date of the enactment of this Act, and annually thereafter until the date that is 6 years after such date of enactment, the Secretary of State, in consultation with the Secretary of the Treasury, shall submit to the appropriate congressional committees (as defined in section 3(j)) a list of all entities, including financial institutions, directly or indirectly providing significant goods, services, information, or technology for the construction or repair of the Nord Stream 2 pipeline project.

>(b)Form

>The list required by subsection (a) shall be submitted in unclassified form but may include a classified annex.

Why does this matter? Not really sure yet…but there are a lot of people that

have been trying to pin everything on Russia. What if we found out that they

were helping Russia to get this thing going? Say, like Pelosi's son, Burisma

Holdings, etc..
