For in the resurrection they neither marry, nor are given in marriage, but are as angels in heaven.
I.e. in the heavenly realm, gender differentiation and sexual reproduction aren't relevant.
So we can depict angels as if they are either human gender, understanding that "neutral" is probably a more accurate descriptor. More important aspects are their holiness, power, honor, glory. They worship and glorify God all the time through all their actions. They represent righteousness, i.e. following God's law out of love and not out of literal adherence to incomplete words and writings.
