Philly is getting a new police chief; formerly of Portland. I'm sure there are digs on this woman from her time in Portland, but just thought it was of note that she shares sorority with Kamala Harris and Sheila Jackson Lee…among other interesting gals.

She is backed by Mayor Kenny and Soros funded DA Krasner.
