Sadly, that is a form of "mission creep."
The census is used to gather too much private information of Americans. The current law is that they are only allowed to ask how many people live in your house. That was for voting purposes.
America was supposed to be a place where you did not have to "show your papers," and privacy was important.
Now that (((they))) have fucked everything up, we have to produce ID for more and more things, which is just another way for the (((fuckers))) to track our every move.
What we need is a giant reset, not more invasive rules, regulations, laws, etc., to "protect" us.
That is where it is all headed.
