What if the Coburgs were actually also and primarily Hapsburgs?

Prince Albert's father Ernest and uncle Leopold were born into the minor nobility of the Holy Roman/Hapsburg Empire, during it's final years.

Prince Albert's grandfather was named Ernest Frederick and his brother was named Ernest as well.

Prince Albert's generation was born into the German Confederation that followed Napoleon's defeat and governed what had been the northern half of the Holy Roman/Hapsburg Empire.

The Coburg compulsion to place family members on every throne in Europe began with Albert's father's generation, not with Albert's.

Note the Coburg Family name choices and compare them to those of the founders of the Holy Roman/Hapsburg Empire.

Did they decide that to rule, they needed to not appear to be Hapsburgs?

What if that approach has continued since the early 1800s?
