I recently passed through Recife airport and this poster couldn't help but set my alarm bells ringing. The faggot just screamed pedo before I even read it and it just got worse when I did.

It contains all the usual triggers: NGO, Adolescents at risk, street kids, social responsibility etc.

I am certain it is a front for trafficking kids, but I can't can't seem to find anything on this faggot, Beto Kelner and am seeking assistance.
