Rep. Matt Gaetz: “I Observed Active Threats on the House Floor” That if Democrats Did Not Support Impeachment They Would Get Cut Off

Freedom Caucus members Matt Gaetz and Andy Biggsjoined Gregg Jarrett on Hannity on Monday night. During their discussion the two Republican lawmakers said they witnessed Democrat lawmakers being threatened to vote for the slapdash impeachment process.

Rep. Matt Gaetz: It’s not just that Nancy Pelosi raises money for her political caucus, it’s that Nancy Pelosi uses that money as a political weapon against anyone who would potentially vote against impeachment. Andy and I observed active threats on the House floor that if the Blue Dog Democrats did not go along with the radical left of the Democratic Party and support impeachment that they would not be supported by the DCCC. Gregg Jarrett: So that’s the active threat?

Matt Gaetz: That’s the quid pro quo!… The only quid pro quo that I observed in this impeachment process is the quid pro quo where if the Democrats did not line up behind Nancy Pelosi as lemmings ready to go off the cliff that they would then be bludgeoned by their own party in the primaries.

Pure evil. Iranian leader Ayatollah Seyed Ali Khamenei released a Christmas message this week. In the first part of his Christmas video the Iranian leader praised the prophet Jesus Christ.

Iranian-Backed Terror Leader Qais Khazali — Responsible for Numerous US Soldier Deaths in Iraq — Leads Violent Protests at US Embassy in Iraq

Hundreds of Iranian-backed activists stormed the US Embassy in Baghdad on Tuesday. Iraqi security forced failed to stop the siege of the US Embassy. The Iraqi protesters were carrying Hezbollah flags. The US ambassador and personnel were evacuated.

UPDATE— The Iranian-backed “protesters” scrawled, “Qassem Soleimani is our leader” on the US embassy wall. Soleimani is the leader of Iran’s Qods Force. He built the Iraqi militias.

Qassem Soleimani is leader of the Iranian al-Quds Force -— a division primarily responsible for extraterritorial military and clandestine operations. The leader of pro-Iranian Shiite militias is at the protests today.

Qais Khazali, served as a spokesman for the rebel Shiite cleric Moqtada Sadr, in Iraq for years.
