Hey all, anyone else digging on this Judge who just recused himself? Don McSpadden?

So far have found he is a long time democrat according to this article:

He was a prosecutor for a few different counties before becoming judge. Also, this is pretty interesting. Looks like locals believe he should be investigated for corruption. See link and attached screenshot and comments.

Still not sure why he recused himself. My guess is he must have ties/exposure tied in with the latest attachment to this case because he recused himself without explanation only after the 3rd party got involved. Back to digging.

Anons, read through the comments on this petition for the judge Don McSpadden that just recused himself. He appears to have a reputation for placing children in unsafe, abusive situations. From the comments locals say he has put children with parents that were abusive, sex offenders, proven drug addicts. One claimed he covered up for the murder of his brother.
