I have no sauce, but I surmise that, netflix is another money laundering operation for "them" just like ridic book deals. I have not looked recently but the last i heard they operate at some astronomical loss per day.
There probably is some fuckery with their tech, but all in all I think its a good way to move money around. All the incoming money is essentially small, so its not easily tracked.
The benghazi thing, was the prelude to Brennan, to spygate etc. They all made a tremendous amount of money doing the dirt they were doing. So, my guess is, anyone who helped gets to be in netflix milking that cow.
