I was following that link and saw the name of Nicole Junkermann so digging further.
What caught my eye when I was looking for images of Nicole Junkermann was a pic of two kids, one seems to be a boy dressed like a female.
Following that picture I ended up on:

The first image I see is worrying… (first attached collage) and if you look further you see a lot of sickening stuff on there.
