I find it in the Waybackmachine. It looks like this site was mainly about Nibiru. So I don't think I trust it. I'd give this story more credibility of it was found on a better site from before Dec 27, 2017.

Probably not too bad, really. It has no barrel to speak of. So it's only minimally effective as accelerating the bullet. And it has a build in compensator (and no shortage of unused propellant gasses). Just think of the muzzle flash…
