This WW II Brit Song was said to be a favorite of Churchill's. There are accounts of him singing it to himself as he wondered Chartwell with his Scotch and water, in his Birthday Suit, well past midnight as he read intel and other telegrams and wrote his action memos which would end up of the desks of all his War Ministers before they'd arrive in the morning. Some think that the 'Rabbit' represented Adolf and the Nazi's whom Churchill knew could only 'run' in the directions which the Allies had planned due to the breaking of the Enigma Code at Bletchley Park (it was actually Polish intelligence which broke Enigma many months earlier).
